Raised in front of the glowing tubes of 90s television, I have always been mesmerized by storytelling devices.

Playing guitar led to playing in bands which led to making Myspace video updates. Eventually I traded guitar pedals for a DSLR and studied Television Production at Columbia College Chicago.

Working in rental houses and constantly making whatever projects I could, I took the leap to full time freelance work in 2017. Around the same time, I began shooting sketches and putting a production company together with my friends called Playground Social.

As 2020 hit, I found myself needing to adapt again. Creating remote workflows, using all of my production skills together. I was inspired to start designing and building video flypacks. Now, a couple years later systems I’ve built have been the live video backbone for artists such as Chance the Rapper, and festivals such as Summer Smash and Riot Fest.

As the years go by and I continue to grow, I draw from my diverse experiences in the entertainment industry to create from a position of awareness.

Where are we, where are we going, how do we get there, and what happens if the wheels fall off?

With passion, collaboration and timing, anything is possible.
